9am + 11am on Sunday mornings, October 4-25

We’re providing the chance for families to sing, laugh, learn, and pray together this fall - all in an open-air, socially distanced setting!

Joins us either at 9am or 11am for a one-hour presentation designed to be experienced as a family.

And be sure to come on Sunday, October 11 and enjoy Gluten-free mini donuts and drinks from Gray Duck Concessions for purchase from 8:30am - 12pm right in our parking lot!

Check out the details below.

Do I need to register?
Nope! We will have plenty of socially-distanced seating available in the south lawn! Just check in when you first arrive, and you’re set!

How will Check-In take place?
When you arrive and park, make your way to our Check-In canopy and find a spot in line following our social distancing reminders. A volunteer will ask for first/last names of attendees and an email address [so we can send you weather updates on future dates]. You’ll then be directed to the lawn where a volunteer will seat you in a socially-distanced circle.

When you are seated, you’ll find a basket with all supplies your family will need during our presentation. These baskets have been prepared by volunteers wearing masks and gloves. Unused supplies will not be re-used for future presentations.

Do I need to wear a face mask?
Since we are outdoors and distancing attendees appropriately, face masks are not required at this event. Of course, if you prefer to wear face coverings, that’s totally fine!

Please respect other attendees’ comfort levels; some may be choosing to remain socially distant throughout the event.

What do I need to bring?
We suggest bringing your own seating - lawn chairs, blankets, etc. Some mornings may be chilly; dress accordingly, and come with cozy, fluffy blankets! Additional blankets will be available for use while supplies last; just ask a volunteer!

What are your COVID precautions?
Attendees will find automatic hand sanitizer stations both at Check-In and in the lawn. We will also make face masks and gloves available at Check-In for those who want them. All volunteers who are not presenting on stage will wear face coverings. All family units will be seated in a socially distant fashion.

What if I want to attend the adult service inside
Eden Prairie Assembly of God?
Since our outdoor services only take place for a few weeks, we hope parents will commit to joining us for EPAGKIDS on the Lawn each week through October 25! However, you are welcome to arrange for your child to sit with another family from EPAG if desired. Please arrange this directly with the family prior to Sunday morning.

What’s the restroom situation like?
Indoor restrooms that have been thoroughly sanitized are available inside Eden Prairie Assembly of God. There is also a porta potty available across Duck Lake Trail at Eden Valley Park.

It’s October. What happens if the weather isn’t cooperating on a particular week?
We fully understand that fall weather is unpredictable. If weather doesn’t accommodate an outdoor presentation, we will contact you via email the morning of the event.

If weather isn’t cooperating on a particular Sunday, we will still offer regular classes for kids birth - 5th grade indoors at 9am or 11am. Parents are welcome to participate in our adult service.

To be added to our email distribution list, contact us at kids@epassembly.org.

Is childcare provided for kids 0-2?
Yes! If you’re comfortable with it, our 0-2 year old room will be open and available at 9am & 11am. Parents are welcome to check in their young children in our EPAG lobby.
